Duties

• Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicles with manual transmission to deliver goods to customers across designated routes
• Load and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques, ensuring proper handling and safety compliance
• Provide excellent customer service by delivering products promptly, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction during each interaction
• Assist in warehouse organization by moving inventory, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment
• Verify delivery orders against shipments, complete delivery documentation accurately, and report any discrepancies or damages
• Follow route plans efficiently to maximize delivery productivity while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations
• Support warehouse tasks such as inventory counts, loading dock activities, and preparing shipments for dispatch

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with a strong focus on route driving and customer service excellence
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles preferred
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks safely; experience with manual lifting techniques required
• Warehouse experience including familiarity with forklifts, pallet jacks, and moving equipment is highly desirable
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to driving, lifting, and warehouse operations
• Strong communication skills with a friendly attitude toward customers and team members
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following safety protocols and company policies
