**Key Responsibilities:**

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established nursing standards and procedures.- Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate medical records.- Administer prescribed medication and ensure that patients are adequately informed about their treatment plans.- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and other staff to provide the best possible patient care.- Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the attending physician or healthcare team.- Educate patients and their families about health maintenance and disease prevention.- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards.

**Qualifications:**

• Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Kansas.- Proven experience as an RN/LPN Nurse in a healthcare setting is preferred.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment.- Commitment to upholding patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in healthcare.
