About Us

Fleet Manager is a modern dispatch and fleet-management system built for real trucking operations - not big IT departments. It was developed inside Garcia Hauling & Trucking in partnership with the development team at Maverics Technologies.

Fleet Manager replaces paperwork, spreadsheets, and group-chat chaos with one powerful system that keeps every job, driver, and moving part connected and under control.

Because the product is fully built and already in use, our current focus is expansion and adoption - introducing Fleet Manager to other small fleets who are facing the same challenges Garcia Hauling & Trucking once faced.

About the Role

We're seeking a motivated Remote Appointment Setter to help connect small trucking fleets with a solution built by people who truly understand their world.

This is not a high-pressure sales role.

You are not expected to hard-sell software. Instead, you'll act as a facilitator - opening conversations, gathering feedback, and helping interested fleets explore whether Fleet Manager could be a good fit for their operations.

This role is 100% commission-based (no base pay).You earn commission when an appointment you set results in a closed deal.

This is ideal for someone who:

What You'll Do

  • Use Close CRM to manage outreach, conversations, and follow-ups
  • Reach out via calls and emails to small fleet owners, owner-operators, and dispatchers
  • Introduce the story behind Fleet Manager - how it was built out of real operational pain inside a working trucking company
  • Engage in two-way conversations to understand how fleets currently manage dispatch, loads, drivers, and day-to-day operations
  • Gather feedback, uncover challenges, and identify interest - without pressure or hard selling
  • Schedule demos/appointments for fleets who want to learn more
  • Keep accurate, organized records in Close CRM
  • Represent Fleet Manager with professionalism, honesty, and care

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based role (no base pay).

  • Earn $500 flat commission per closed deal resulting from appointments you set
  • No cap on commissions
  • Paid upon deal close

Estimated On-Target Earnings (OTE):

  • $2,000–$4,000 per month for consistent performers
  • Higher earnings possible as deal volume increases

OTE is based on typical activity levels and is not guaranteed.

Pay: From $2,000.00 per month
