*Overview*

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Installing all types of Flooring , Demoimng, Moving Funiture and appliciacnes, some construction painting, some concrete finishing, Some tile laying not alway , and using power tools. Basic Hand Tools for flooring are a Mandarory to have. Own Transportaion is a mus . If you have a passion for restoring and enhancing spaces through flooring installations, we want to hear from you.

*Responsibilities*

• Install various types of flooring materials such as hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile

• Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas

• Prepare subfloors by removing old flooring or repairing any imperfections

• Ensure flooring installations meet industry standards and manufacturer specifications

• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

*Requirements*

• Proven experience in flooring installation or related fields such as trim carpentry or concrete finishing

• Knowledge of different types of flooring materials and installation techniques

• Ability to use a variety of power tools and equipment safely

• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting

• Maintenance Person skills are a plus
