What You'll Do

As a KW Main Line Real Estate Agent, you'll help clients navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives- with confidence, strategy, and heart.

Responsibilities include:

• Understand local market trends and present clear, data-driven insights to clients
• Be familiar with the legal aspects of real estate transactions (training available)
• Conduct open houses, property tours, and marketing activities
• Negotiate on behalf of buyers and sellers
• Maintain exceptional client relationships + deliver a high-touch experience
• Build and grow a referral-based business through networking + community involvement
• Stay informed on market shifts, inventory, and industry changes

What We're Looking For

• A motivated, growth-oriented individual
• Licensed PA Real Estate Agent (or actively obtaining a license)
• Strong communication + customer service skills
• High attention to detail and organization
• Ability to think quickly, solve problems, and work independently
• Eagerness to learn, grow fast, and use the tools provided

No real estate experience required-
we welcome new licensees and provide hands-on training.

Compensation

• This is a commission-based position.
• Annual earnings potential ranges from $60,000–$140,000+, depending on experience, effort, & production.
• New agents typically earn $40,000–$70,000 in their first year with consistent training and support.
