Front Desk Receptionist – Chiropractic Office (Check-Out Focus)

Position: Front Desk Receptionist
Location: Belleview, FL
Schedule: Full-time (M, W, Th, F 8am to 6pm; Tu 8am to 1pm)

We are a busy, patient-focused chiropractic office with multiple providers and a wide range of services. Our front desk is the hub of the office, and this role is critical to keeping patient flow smooth and efficient.

We are looking for a friendly, dependable Front Desk Receptionist to manage patient check-out and support daily front office operations. This requires someone who is high-energy, highly organized, task-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities at once. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, can anticipate needs, and helps keep schedules, providers, and patients moving seamlessly throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients with a warm, professional attitude
• Maintain office flow and schedules
• Manage patient check-out, including scheduling follow-up appointments
• Collect payments, post charges, and handle basic billing tasks
• Verify visit details and ensure accurate patient records
• Answer phones, respond to basic inquiries, and assist patients as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and waiting area
• Communicate effectively with doctors and clinical staff
• Be willing to cross train for needs of the office

Qualifications:

• Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
• Experience in a medical or chiropractic office is a plus (but not required)
• Comfortable handling payments and discussing treatment plans
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and professional
• Ability to remain calm and friendly in a busy environment
