We're looking for a Residential Assistant who's dependable, patient, and comfortable supporting adults with mental health needs in a group living setting in Kona.

What You'll Take Care Of

• Supporting residents with daily living skills like cooking, cleaning, hygiene, and routines
• Providing encouragement, structure, and positive role modeling
• Helping residents build communication, independence, and community skills
• Supporting household activities, errands, and basic upkeep
• Monitoring resident safety and responding to situations as needed
• Documenting daily activities and incidents according to program guidelines
• Participating in recreational, educational, or community outings
• Communicating with team members to support resident goals

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience or interest in behavioral health, human services, or caregiving

Requirements

Standard pre-employment checks, TB clearance, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and other routine requirements apply.
