Rocketstay is a fast-paced, technology-enabled Hospitality services company focused on the hospitality and travel sector. We connect and service branded and independent hotels to Vacation Rental sites via our "Hotel Connect" program.

We are seeking a Business Development Manager (Remote) to join our team. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. You will champion our fun culture, encourage inclusivity and embrace diversity. We are looking for intellectually curious, entrepreneurial professionals who thrive in change and obsessively conspire for one another's success.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic self-starter who can adapt to an evolving, fast-paced environment and meet the company's growth targets.

Requirements: - 2+ years of previous sales experience or business development experience (travel tech, Hotel tech, preferably) - Knowledge of hospitality business and reservations platforms (Airbnb, VRBO etc.) is a plus - B2B Tech Sales background is a plus.

What you will do:

  • Responsible for prospecting and creating demand for Rocketstay products and services.
  • Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange follow-up phone meetings.
  • Plan and oversee new marketing and sales initiatives
  • Maintain detailed reporting of the status of prospecting activities within our company's CRM to ensure organization and follow-up
  • Develop performance goals for the development of the team while mentoring each individual and managing results against targets and conversion metrics
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance

What we need from you:

  • Successful track record in Business Development or Sales; experience within a Hospitality Technology or Integrated service company is a plus.
  • Direct selling experience with proven sales targets
  • Familiarity with a CRM is highly preferred – Understanding of developing dashboards and reports
  • Knowledge of the hotel/hospitality industry is a plus
  • Knowledge of Vacation Rentals
  • Ability to inspire a team to persevere through adversity and succeed

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $55, $200,000.00 per year
