• 2–5 years of litigation experience, with direct exposure to trial preparation and support

• Experience working on complex civil litigation, personal injury, or mass tort cases is highly valued

• Familiarity with trial exhibits, witness preparation, subpoenas, and courtroom procedure

• Strong knowledge of court rules and filing procedures (state and federal)

• Proficient in legal research and document management software (e.g.,Smart Advocate)

• Excellent organization and time management

• Ability to handle large volumes of discovery documents

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work well under pressure

• Trial readiness skills—assembling exhibits, coordinating witnesses, and supporting attorneys in court
