As a Store Manager at City Thrift, you will be part of a company that has been around for almost 40 years and is a leader in the discount retail, repurpose and recycle space.
Qualified Store Manager candidates will have at least 4 years of Store Management experience; thrift is major plus Individuals who are motivated, confident and reliable and who work well under pressure will thrive in this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall management and direction of all supervisors and team members in accordance with policies and applicable laws; will lead a team of 30-40 people.
Enhance customer loyalty and drive repeat business through attentive service, proactive problem-solving, and creating a positive, memorable experience with every interaction.
Act as a trusted representative of the company, upholding brand values and ensuring a positive image within the local community.
Maintain accurate, organized and compliant company records.
Ensure all departments meet company standards and maintain compliance with OSHA, EEOC, and DOT regulations.
Maintain attention to detail throughout the store.
Oversee store financial performance by managing assets effectively and achieving monthly sales and expense targets.
Promote a positive, collaborative culture that values team contributions.
Address performance issues promptly and respectfully with a solutions-focused approach.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Minimum - 3 years of retail experience; thrift experience is plus
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Ability to think and act as a business owner in the retail sector.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
Skilled in prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines and managing multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to make informed decisions and influence outcomes.
