Experienced Barista

What You'll Do

• Prepare high-quality espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages
• Provide friendly, upbeat customer service in a high-volume setting
• Accurately take orders and handle POS transactions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workspace
• Work efficiently during rushes while keeping quality consistent
• Collaborate with a positive, team-oriented crew
• Uphold The Rusty Wagon's brand, standards, and hospitality values

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Dependable, punctual, and team-focused
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
• Barista or food service experience is a plus, but not required—we train the right people
