What You'll Bring

• Healthcare accounting experience — required
• Strong background as a Controller or Assistant Controller
• Full-cycle accounting expertise: AP/AR, GL, month-end close, financial reporting, audit prep
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, nonprofit, grant-funded, or multi-entity environments is highly valued
• Ability to step in, stabilize processes, and build sustainable structure
• Comfortable working in a mission-driven, evolving, hands-on organization
