Operations Support

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Support to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will perform a wide variety of support duties that ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations. You may focus on one or more operational areas depending on business needs, including materials handling, production, test and repair, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform physical and administrative tasks related to shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment.
• Ensure accurate inventory movement and documentation.
• Assist in product assembly, filling, measuring, mixing, and other production processes.
• Conduct routine testing and performance verification during product manufacturing.
• Perform routine testing of assemblies and finished products.
• Interpret test results and complete basic repairs as needed.
• Inspect raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality and reliability standards.
• Identify irregularities and escalate findings when necessary.
• Prepare and maintain required records, documentation, and logs.
• Enter data into and retrieve information from enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Follow established safety and operational procedures to ensure a clean and compliant manufacturing environment.

• High School Diploma, vocational training, or specialized certification preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience also accepted.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing, production, logistics, or quality support role.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with accuracy and consistency.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer skills; experience with ERP systems is a plus.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
