Duties

• Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to established recipes and standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and knives safely and efficiently.
• Assemble pizzas with the appropriate ingredients, ensuring consistency in presentation and flavor.
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
• Assist in food preparation for other menu items as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Help train new kitchen staff on pizza preparation techniques and food safety practices.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Proficiency in using kitchen equipment, including knives and ovens.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
