Compensation: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Role Summary

Oudlash is seeking a reliable Warehouse Employee to perform receiving, picking, packing, and shipping tasks with a focus on safe handling and accurate packaging. This role requires routine heavy lifting and movement of inventory across the warehouse while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely lift, carry, and move boxes and materials (frequently up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs).
• Pick, pack, and label customer orders accurately; prepare parcels and pallets for shipment.
• Receive, inspect, and stock inbound inventory; verify counts and quality.
• Assemble packaging and ensure products are protected and presentable. Operate pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts.
• Stage, wrap, and secure pallets; load/unload trucks safely.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow recycling procedures.
• Follow all safety procedures, including PPE usage and ergonomic practices. Report damaged goods, discrepancies, or safety hazards promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• 6+ months of warehouse or packaging experience preferred (training available).
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs; occasionally up to 75 lbs. Comfort working on feet throughout the shift; ability to bend, stoop, and reach.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment (pallet jack, forklift) preferred.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety awareness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
