Job Description

As a Tech, you'll play a vital role in our operations, ensuring that our standard of care and commitment to integrity are reflected in every project. You'll be responsible for performing documentation, demolition, and remediation of water-damaged buildings, helping families recover from emergencies with care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Emergency Mitigation Work: Lead and be part of crews in emergency mitigation work according to IICRC standards.
• Documentation & Reporting: Perform detailed documentation on job sites and oversee job progress.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and customers to provide transparent, respectful communication.
• On-Call Rotation: Be available for on-call rotations to support timely service and emergency response.
• Safety & Compliance: Safely operate company equipment and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of previous experience as a Tech or Crew Chief in restoration
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.

• Earnings: Hourly based on experience starting at $20/hr. Our lead techs and above are eligible for incentive-based compensation.
