About the Job:

We're looking for a Client Service Representative — someone who's friendly, reliable, and great at talking to people. You'll be the first face clients see and the voice they hear on the phone, so it's important you're warm, organized, and up for juggling a lot at once.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Greeting clients and checking them in
• Taking detailed messages and helping with questions
• Handling invoices and payments
• Keeping the front desk running smoothly

You'll be working around 35–40 hours a week, including rotating Saturday shifts. But don't worry — everyone gets a set weekday off to help balance things out.
