Team Leader

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Team Leader to join our team to work approximately 25-30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Team Leader, you will oversee daily operations, be responsible for opening and closing the store, guide team members, and ensure that our objectives are met efficiently. This role is crucial in fostering a positive work environment and driving sales performance.

Duties

• Provide a memorable customer experience by delivering great hospitality.
• Lead and motivate the team to meet required expectations.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent quality.
• Prepare and grill multiple sandwiches simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Provide training and support to team members in areas such as customer service, food preparation, and cooking.
• Manage inventory levels, including stock organization and replenishment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment that promotes safety and efficiency.
• Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with management to implement strategies that improve store performance.

Requirements

• Must provide two references ( 1 personal and 1 from any former employer).
• Must be able to open the store one day per week and close at least three days per week--shifts fall between 9:00am-8:30pm.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling and prioritizing multiple tasks.
• Ability to stand for an extended period.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $18.00 per hour
