FOOD RUNNER
A food runner is responsible for transporting food from the kitchen to drop stations in the dining area, ensuring that orders are delivered promptly and accurately. This role involves assisting expo, maintaining the flow of service, and ensuring a remarkable dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Delivery: Transport food and beverages from the kitchen to the drop stations in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure that orders are complete and accurate before delivery. The standard is remarkable.
• Communication: Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to address any issues or delays.
• Customer Service: Provide a friendly and professional experience for guests. Address any immediate concerns or requests from customers, and communicate these to the server or management if needed.
• Hygiene and Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food service area. Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe environment.
• Stock Management: Replenish supplies such as plates, utensils, and condiments as needed. Ensure that the expo area is well-stocked and organized.
• Assisting Staff: Support servers and kitchen staff with various tasks, including delivering additional items, or handling special requests.
• Dishwashing: May be responsible for washing dishes, glassware, and utensils as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not always required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Physical stamina to handle tasks such as carrying trays, standing for long periods, and walking quickly.
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.

Working Conditions:

• Fast-paced and often noisy environment.
• May involve working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, and carrying heavy trays or dishes.
