**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk/Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities. They will also help with front desk reception; transferring calls, checking in patients and collecting payments. They will also assist with coordinating patient care and scheduling. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service, very organized, and self motivated.

**Duties**

The Front Desk/Patient Care Coordinator will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Managing and maintaining office files and documents, both physical and digital
  • Providing exceptional customer service over the phone and in person
  • Offering support to our team members, acting as a personal assistant as needed
  • Utilizing computer literacy to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Maintaining a high level of attention to detail, with a focus on proofreading and editing documents
  • Managing time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
  • Computerizing administrative tasks to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
  • Providing support with scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow
  • Assisting with coordinating patient care

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Strong office and administrative experience - minimum 1 year experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office
  • Experience with filing and record-keeping
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A passion for administrative support and customer service
