Direct Support Professional

We are seeking dependable and caring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist adults with daily living skills, personal care, and community engagement. If you are passionate about helping others and want to make a meaningful impact in your community, we'd love to have you join our team. Male DSP/Caregivers are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision to individuals in home and community settings
• Assist with daily living activities (meal prep, hygiene, household tasks, etc.)
• Support individuals in achieving personal goals and community integration
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and positive environment

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must pass background check and drug screen
• Experience in caregiving, behavioral health, or disability support preferred (training provided)

Schedule & Pay

• Flexible shifts (Full-time, Part-time, and Weekend positions available)
• Pay: $15–$18/hour (based on experience and location)
• Paid training and mileage reimbursement
