Role Description

This full-time, on-site role as a Hotel General Manager is based in Tifton, GA. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the hotel's operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day management, exceptional guest experiences, and adherence to quality standards. Key responsibilities include managing the hotel team, supervising daily operations, overseeing budgets, maintaining service excellence, ensuring compliance with brand standards, monitoring food and beverage services, and fostering a positive work environment to drive team success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in General Management and Business Management for the successful operation of the hotel
• Strong Customer Service skills to ensure exceptional guest experiences and service recovery
• Experience in Budgeting and financial management for maintaining profitability and cost control
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including service, compliance, and quality standards
• Proven leadership abilities and team management skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in hotel management or a comparable role is highly desirable
