Caregiver

Job Summary
Swing shift Caregiver in small adult family home in south Kennewick. Must have HCA, NAR or CNA or be in the process of achieving. We can accommodate a set schedule, at this time every Thursday and Friday swing shift and once a month day shift Saturday. Perfect fill in job for extra income or if you only want part time work, set hours available and supportive working environment, 3-5 residents. Must be able to work independently and enjoy helping the elderly.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications following proper protocols
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Ensure resident rights are respected and upheld
- Implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavior

Experience
Required:
- Experience in caregiving or related field
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Familiarity with senior care and home community care
- First aid and CPR certification
- Comfortable working with people with dementia and disabilities
- Proficiency in medication administration including insulin administration

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $21.00 per hour
