• System Diagnostics & Repair – Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini-split systems

• Preventative Maintenance – Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure peak system performance and longevity

• Customer Communication – Clearly explain issues, solutions, and maintenance tips to homeowners in a professional and courteous manner

• Documentation – Accurately complete service tickets, maintenance checklists, and parts usage reports

• Emergency Service – Provide timely, effective service during on-call rotations for after-hours or weekend emergencies

• Team Collaboration – Work alongside dispatch, customer service, and installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery

• Safety Compliance – Adhere to all safety procedures and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment

• Technical Growth – Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies, codes, and best practices through ongoing training

• Experience – 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred

• Problem-Solving Skills – Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical HVAC issues

• Customer-Focused – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Technical Knowledge – Proficient with low-voltage wiring, refrigerant charging, and combustion testing

• Physical Requirements – Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces

• Licenses – Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; EPA certification preferred

• Detail-Oriented – Commitment to accurate record-keeping and high-quality workmanship
