Front Desk Receptionist

Position Overview

The Hostess / Front Desk Associate is the welcoming face of Five Iron Golf. This role ensures guests feel at home from the moment they arrive, managing reservations, check-ins, and providing outstanding customer service in a lively, sports-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Reception: Warmly greet guests, confirm reservations, and guide them to simulators, dining areas, or events.
• Front Desk Operations: Manage check-ins/check-outs, process payments, and maintain accurate booking records.
• Customer Service: Answer questions about simulators, food & beverage options, leagues, and events.
• Communication Hub: Coordinate with golf instructors, servers, and event staff to deliver seamless experiences.
• Event Support: Assist with private parties, corporate outings, and league nights by ensuring smooth logistics.
• Brand Ambassador: Promote Five Iron Golf's culture of fun, inclusivity, and hospitality.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Uphold venue standards by monitoring guest activity and maintaining a tidy front desk area.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable personality
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or entertainment preferred
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with high guest traffic
• Basic technical skills for booking systems and POS software
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $ $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 35.0 per week
