LINK Healthcare is expanding We are launching a brand-new clinic in Plover, WI and are seeking a talented Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team. LINK Healthcare is an innovative direct primary care model that delivers relationship-based medicine without the constraints of traditional fee-for-service healthcare. With established clinics in Wausau, Schofield, Mosinee, and Colby — and now expanding into Plover — we are building a healthcare experience that puts patients and clinicians first.

What You'll Do

  • Provide comprehensive primary care for acute and chronic conditions
  • Perform history and physical examinations
  • Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic testing
  • Diagnose and manage conditions using pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment
  • Partner with employer groups to support employee and family health
  • Deliver occupational health and work comp injury care with an emphasis on safe and expedited return-to-work
  • Work closely with employer safety teams to support communication, safe duty assignments, and injury-prevention efforts
  • Perform procedures such as:
  • Laceration repair
  • Splinting/casting
  • I&D
  • Dermatologic procedures
  • Foreign body removal
  • Cryotherapy
  • Participate in employer-site visits and wellness initiatives
  • Support positive clinic culture as we grow in the Plover community

Who You Are

  • Compassionate, skilled, and relationship-driven
  • Strong communicator and clinical decision-maker
  • Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable with technology (AI scribe, EMR, digital communication)

Requirements (either NP or PA):

  • Nurse Practitioner: Graduate of accredited Nursing & NP program + WI APRN license
  • OR Physician Assistant: Graduate of accredited PA program + NCCPA certification + WI PA license
  • DEA – Wisconsin
  • BLS certification
  • Minimum 3 years of primary care experience
  • NRCME (DOT certification) preferred — training provided within first 90 days if not certified
