Pay: $22/hr + daily sales bonuses (earn up to ~$40–$45/hr on top-performing days)

Job Type: Event-based (with future full-time salary potential). Festival season begins by March & slows down after Mid November.

Travel: Fully covered for national festivals & mobile events

About the Role

Get BAKED is hiring a high-energy Event Lead to run operations at concerts, festivals, and mobile events nationwide. You'll oversee staff, maintain service flow, support FOH/BOH teams, and ensure an excellent guest experience at every event. You are the point of contact for coordinators and troubleshooter for all major issues.

What You'll Do

• Lead on-site event operations (FOH, BOH, senior staff, support), prep prior, and off site breakdown & cleaning.
• Manage setup, service flow, rotations, and breakdown
• Maintain quality, speed, and cleanliness
• Communicate with festival staff & inspectors
• Assist with driving truck + trailer or trolley (required, willing to teach for the right candidat)

What We're Looking For

• Experience in food service, event leadership, or hospitality
• Strong communication & team management skills
• Reliable, positive, and calm under pressure
• Able to work long festival shifts (15 hrs)
• Must be willing to drive a truck + trailer or trolley
• Able to lift 50 lbs
