Duties

• Assist in reviewing and organizing documentation related to chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support the preparation and submission of documentation for FDA regulatory filings and audits.
• Help monitor ongoing clinical trials by reviewing trial documentation and tracking compliance activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality assurance protocols throughout product development stages.
• Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, audit findings, and corrective actions.
• Participate in research activities by gathering data, preparing reports, and supporting process improvements.
• Aid in conducting internal audits and inspections to verify compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Assist in tracking project timelines related to compliance management initiatives and regulatory submissions.

Requirements

• A recent graduate or current student pursuing a degree in Chemistry, Biology, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
• Strong interest in FDA regulations, clinical trials, and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for document review and record keeping.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving regulatory requirements and company procedures.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members across departments.
• Basic understanding of research methodologies and manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management tools or software is advantageous but not required.
