Position Overview:
We're seeking an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is professional, outgoing, and skilled at crafting cocktails while delivering excellent hospitality. You'll be responsible for providing a premium guest experience through personalized service, product knowledge, and consistency behind the bar.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and speed
• Maintain bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness and organization
• Recommend cigars and drink pairings to enhance the guest experience
• Process payments accurately through the Clover POS system
• Comply with all TABC and health/safety regulations
• Support live music and event nights by providing efficient and professional service
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a bar, restaurant, or lounge environment
• Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
• TABC certification required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and event shifts

Schedule:
Part-time or full-time positions available
Evening & weekend availability required
