We're partnering with a forward-thinking hospitality client to identify a Dual General Manager who can lead two hotel properties with vision, energy, and results. Compensation & Benefits:

This opportunity offers a competitive base salary of $150,000–$170,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. Our client is committed to rewarding excellence and investing in leadership that drives results.

A strategic business leader who can:

• Oversee all hotel operations—from Front Office to Housekeeping, Food Service, Sales, and Maintenance.
• Implement brand initiatives that exceed guest expectations.
• Recruit, train, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Drive revenue growth while optimizing costs and maintaining compliance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience leading Hotels 300+ rooms.
• Marriott brand experience highly desirable
• 4+ years of hotel management experience.
• Strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and business acumen.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to build culture, resolve challenges, and lead with purpose.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
