We are seeking experienced, hospitality-driven Servers to join our team for the reopening of our fine dining restaurant. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide gracious, informed, and professional service from greeting to farewell.
• Guide guests through food and beverage menus with confidence and clarity, offering thoughtful recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure seamless execution of service.
• Maintain a clean, organized section and uphold all sanitation, safety, and service standards.
• Handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
• Anticipate guest needs, personalize interactions, and resolve any issues with discretion and urgency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in upscale or fine dining environments.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits; ability to speak with confidence about menu items and pairings.
• Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Refined presentation, attention to detail, and a deep sense of hospitality.
• Professional, reliable, and committed to creating a polished guest experience.
• Open availability preferred, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
