What You Will Be Doing
- Create and facilitate dynamic, differentiated phonics-focused reading workshops for small groups of gifted K-2 learners
- Apply storytelling and interactive teaching methods to accelerate learning outcomes 5-10x beyond conventional standards
- Monitor student advancement and adjust sessions immediately to address each cohort's evolving needs
- Provide individualized and small-group coaching to produce measurable gains in adaptive reading and writing platforms
Basic Requirements
Literacy Program Coordinator key responsibilities
- Able to work on-site at GT.School in Georgetown, TX (relocation assistance available)
- Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in structured literacy (Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years providing small-group reading interventions to K-2 students
- Background working with gifted or high-achieving children in specialized settings
- Comfortable using AI/adaptive learning platforms and analyzing student performance data
- Strong instructional presence with capacity to captivate young learners using voice, storytelling, and enthusiasm
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The
