About The Role

  • This role requires that candidates to go through a Top Secret Clearance with the Canadian government, hence the applicant must be a Canadian Citizen with 10 years verifiable history on Canadian soil**

Coordinate the full lifecycle of IT products and systems—from initial planning through development, deployment, maintenance, and retirement. Monitor and optimize lifecycle processes to align with strategic objectives. Translate business goals into stage-specific requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, smooth operations, and orderly decommissioning.

What You´ll Do

  • Coordinate lifecycle stages, including planning, design review, development hand-off, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning
  • Gather and analyze lifecycle data to identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements
  • Develop and maintain detailed lifecycle schedules, milestones, and supporting documentation
  • Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings and workshops with development, operations, and business stakeholders
  • Track key lifecycle metrics and produce status reports and dashboards for leadership
  • Conduct risk assessments at each lifecycle phase and escalate critical issues
  • Support release and change management by coordinating testing, deployment, and post-launch reviews
  • Oversee end-of-life planning, including decommissioning schedules, data archiving, and compliance checks
  • Maintain a centralized repository for all lifecycle documentation, ensuring version control and audit readiness
  • Research and recommend best-practice lifecycle management tools and methodologies

Who You Are

  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple phases of IT product or system lifecycles
  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Strong written communication skills for clear, concise documentation and reporting
  • Solid understanding of IT service management and product lifecycle management principles
  • Hands-on experience with lifecycle and project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow, PLM platforms)
  • Analytical mindset capable of interpreting lifecycle data to drive process improvements
  • Effective stakeholder management skills to align technical and business teams
  • Knowledge of risk management frameworks and mitigation strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience coordinating product or project lifecycles in an IT environment
