Business Overview

The Institutional Distribution business provides a comprehensive range of flexible, high-quality solutions for Canadian institutional plan sponsors and their plan members. Through our team of sales, relationship management and consultant relations professionals, Institutional Distribution offers solutions for corporate and public defined benefit and defined contribution pension plans, endowments and foundations that cover major and specialize asset classes.

How You'll Make an Impact

As the Sales Enablement Manager, you will act as a business lead/support as well as subject matter expert on assigned projects, internal technology (e.g. ), and lead/support on Institutional initiatives. You will foster a collaborative and mutually beneficial working relationship with partners across the organization to ensure the optimal implementation and support of projects and initiatives. You will enhance business-driven initiatives and projects by establishing and managing departmental governance and data management processes, while identifying opportunities to continuously advance the mandate of the Institutional Distribution team.
 

  • Identify, implement, and execute solutions to maximize efficiency and identify improvements for governance, management and execution of business initiatives and processes to align with our evolving business needs.
  • Facilitate the development and ongoing management of the territory planning process, including making all necessary updates to to account for changes in the model, measures, or activity tracking related to new or updated business initiatives.
  • Represent the needs of the Institutional Business for projects related to the Institutional Distribution business plan.
    • Leading requirements, L&D Liaison, change management (needs and gap analysis, communication plans) and all elements of implementation as it relates to Institutional Distribution.
    • Provide timely and relevant updates to stakeholders, sponsor(s) and appropriate committees (i.e. Sales Management and other groups.).
    • Represent Institutional in a similar capacity as it relates to projects initiated by partners impacting our business (specific project responsibilities vary based on scope of the project.
  • As the business owner of for Institutional, work with established project teams to identify, plan and implement new technology business solutions with specific focus on and other sales tools.
    • Manage the ongoing maintenance needs for the sales technology using the IS processes.
  • Act as a resource to internal partners to ensure effective communication, manage expectations and assist in gathering information to make business decisions.
    • Maintain open and regular communication with Institutional team members to proactively share best practices, encourage adoption of tools and processes, and provide a forum for providing feedback to both our team and partners

What We Are Looking For

  • University degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience in sales operations/financial services required.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience required.
  • Strong knowledge in MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel  
  • Knowledge of Power BI is an asset  
  • Project Management experience is an asset, including knowledge of methodologies, practices, tools and techniques.
  • Bilingualism in French/English, written and verbal, is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Institutional function is an asset.

  • Flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing business needs and a dynamic environment.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of data, database, application and system architecture and design processes and tools.

  • Base Salary : A competitive annual range of $90,000 to $115,000 , based on your experience and qualifications.
  • Performance Bonus : Eligible for a discretionary bonus that rewards your contributions and results.
  • RRSP Contribution : After 6 months of employment, we invest in your future with an RRSP contribution—no employee matching required.
