Jr. Graphic Designer

• Design and execute creative assets for print, digital, and marketing initiatives.
• Develop design solutions that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Create and maintain brand assets across multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to bring concepts to life.
• Interpret creative briefs and incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders.
• Update and adapt packaging designs within established brand frameworks.
• Manage and organize design files, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Perform photo editing and retouching as needed.
• Support quality assurance by reviewing designs for accuracy, consistency, and print readiness.

• Diploma or degree in graphic design, web design, multimedia, marketing, or communications.
• 1–3 years of professional graphic design experience, including internships or junior roles.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience with or interest in using Figma.
• Solid understanding of design principles, colour theory, and typography across print and digital mediums.
• Working knowledge of print production and file preparation for print.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage revisions efficiently.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable receiving feedback and applying revisions independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, video editing, or 3D modeling is considered an asset.
