WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
For Director:
- College or university degree with at least 6 semester hours in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- 10+ years in early childhood, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must meet all state educational and licensing requirements for Director.
For Assistant Director:
- College coursework or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- At least 1–2 years of early childhood experience, preferably in a leadership or administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to support center operations.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with great communication skills.
- Willingness to learn state licensing and compliance requirements.
YOUR ROLE AS A LEADER:
As a Director or Assistant Director, you will:
- Oversee center operations including staff, families, enrollment, and quality standards.
- Partner with parents to ensure the best care and educational outcomes.
- Support teachers in implementing Creative Curriculum Guidelines and monthly themes.
- Interact directly with children to support learning, play, and development.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture.
- Assist with staff evaluations, feedback, and training.
- Maintain compliance with licensing and accreditation standards.
- Continue your own professional development while inspiring your team to do the same.
