Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and effectively present features and benefits to potential residents
• Manage the full leasing cycle—from initial inquiry through lease signing and renewals
• Prepare and process applications, lease agreements, and related documentation accurately
• Maintain current records of vacancies, leads, applications, and leasing activities
• Respond promptly to all calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
• Coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs for a seamless transition
• Partner with property management to deliver a superior resident experience
• Contribute to marketing efforts and represent the community with a positive attitude
• Travel between various properties in the DFW area as needed
• Support day-to-day office operations and ensure an organized work environment

What We're Looking For

• Language: Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Experience: 1–2 years in leasing or property management roles
• Background: Experience working with multifamily apartment communities (required)
• Compliance: Familiarity with LIHTC guidelines and affordable housing practices
• Customer Service: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and sales abilities
• Tech Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic property management systems
• Preferred Tools: Knowledge of Onesite, , Apartments 24/7 is a plus
• Organization: Able to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
• Transportation: Must have reliable transportation for travel between properties
• Work Style: Professional, motivated, and team-oriented
• Marketing Savvy: Comfortable assisting with outreach and community engagement initiatives
