Patient Coordinator – The Wellness Way Largo

Location: Largo, FL | Job Type: Full-Time | Pay: $18.00 – $22.00/hr

Expected Hours: 40/week

Are you bubbly, organized, and passionate about alternative healthcare? The Wellness Way – Largo is looking for a Patient Coordinator to join our fast-growing wellness clinic, part of an international network dedicated to redefining healthcare.

About the Role

This is a front desk, patient-facing role with a wide variety of responsibilities—from scheduling and checking in patients to engaging on social media and participating in video content creation. You'll be a key member of our team, serving as the first point of contact for patients and a representative of our energetic, holistic approach to care.

Schedule

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Occasional evenings and weekends may be required

Key Responsibilities

Greet patients and answer phones with professionalism and warmth

Schedule appointments, process payments, and present financial plans

Check patients in/out, manage front desk activity, and maintain records

Handle product orders and prepare shipments

Support social media efforts: videos, live streams, short-form content (preferred) Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area

Collaborate closely with clinical staff and The Wellness Way corporate team

A passion for alternative and holistic healthcare

Self-managed and proactive with a team-first mindset

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year customer service or front desk experience (preferred)

Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use

Comfortable with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)

Creative skills (video, email marketing) a plus, but not required

Able to commute reliably to our Largo, FL clinic
