About VIIA
We're a fast-growing, DTC cannabis brand on a mission to revolutionize modern wellness. At VIIA, we craft effect-driven, hemp-derived CBD and THC products designed to elevate your daily life from focus and energy to deep relaxation and rest. Accessible nationwide and delivered to your door, VIIA is one of the fastest-growing brands in the space.
The Role
The Supply Chain & Product Manager will own the day-to-day execution of VIIA's physical product operations and go-to-market processes. This role manages forecasting, purchasing, production schedules, vendor and co-manufacturer relationships, and 3PL performance—while also driving timelines, readiness, and cross-functional alignment for new product launches and product lifecycle updates.
You will source and maintain best-in-class supply chain and packaging partners, ensure products flow through production and fulfillment smoothly, and lead the operational side of bringing new VIIA products to market. You will report directly to the COO and play a critical role in maintaining inventory health, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring successful product launches.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Ownership
- Manage weekly forecasting, demand planning, and inventory analysis across DTC and wholesale channels.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, prevent stockouts, and execute clean transitions for new or reformulated SKUs.
- Issue and manage POs for ingredients, packaging, and finished goods; track lead times and ensure deliveries meet production needs.
- Coordinate production with co-manufacturers, maintaining accurate run schedules and ensuring operational readiness.
- Oversee daily 3PL performance including receiving, inventory accuracy, order SLAs, and exception resolution.
- Maintain SKU data, dashboards, and reporting for leadership, finance, and project management.
Vendor & Partner Sourcing
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard best-in-class suppliers, co-mans, packaging vendors, and logistics partners.
- Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, and performance expectations.
- Maintain vendor scorecards and continuously improve quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure all components meet brand, compliance, and operational standards.
Product Execution & Go-To-Market (GTM)
- Own operational execution for new product launches and product lifecycle updates.
- Build and maintain product briefs, timelines, costing models, and operational requirements.
- Coordinate sampling rounds, packaging updates, spec changes, and SKU setup.
- Partner with Marketing, Project Management, and Operations to ensure GTM timelines are met and launch deliverables stay on track.
- Ensure products are fully prepared for launch—including supply readiness, 3PL setup, labeling, packaging, and inventory availability.
- Support product strategy with data-driven insights around margins, sell-through, forecasting, and consumer demand.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing to align inventory with promos, campaigns, and launch plans.
- Partner with Finance on purchasing cadence, COGS tracking, run-size decisions, and cash flow timing.
- Collaborate with the PMO to coordinate cross-department tasks and streamline project workflows.
- Communicate updates, blockers, and performance metrics clearly to leadership and stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy, reduce operational friction, and streamline systems.
- Enhance SOPs and documentation across supply chain, production, and product workflows.
- Support long-term operational planning as VIIA prepares for regulatory changes and new product categories.
About You
- 3–5+ years in supply chain, operations, or product management within CPG, food/bev, supplements, cannabis, or related industries.
