HOURLY - General Cleaner

• Job Title: Evening General Cleaner

• Location: Medical Office (Burlington, NC Area)

• Schedule: Monday - Friday (M-F)

• Hours: 2 hours per night 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM, after business hours)

• Type: Part-Time

• Compensation: Competitive, based on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the thorough cleaning and sanitizing of all assigned areas within the medical office, including but not limited to:

• Trash Removal: Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners.

• Dusting & Polishing: Dusting surfaces, window sills, and office furniture.

• Floor Care: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all floor types.

• Restroom Sanitation: Thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting all restroom fixtures and surfaces.

• Breakroom/Kitchen Cleaning: Wiping down counters, sinks, and appliance exteriors.

• Surface Disinfection: Focusing on high-touch areas throughout the facility (e.g., door handles, light switches, waiting room chairs).

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional cleaning experience, preferably in a medical or office setting.

• Transportation: Must have reliable personal transportation to commute to and from the job site every evening.

• Independence: Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, following a cleaning checklist to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.

• Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and committed to working the full scheduled shift five nights per week.

• Physical: Must be able to perform physical tasks required for the job (e.g., lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, standing for extended periods).

• Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
