We foster a physician-friendly, team-oriented environment that empowers clinicians to focus on

patient connection, clinical independence, and a balanced work-life schedule.
- All clinical decisions, care coordination, and referrals must be based solely on
independent medical judgment and the best interests of the patient. Supportive Care
Specialist strictly adheres to Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS) and Stark Lawcompliance.
Compensation and incentives are never tied to the volume or value of referrals or
federally reimbursable services.

- Partner with specialists (e.g., oncologists, cardiologists, pulmonologists) and primary care
providers to ensure continuity and coordination of care.
- Facilitate discussions regarding treatment options, goals of care, and advance care
planning.
- Accurately document all clinical encounters in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Demonstrate compassion, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to patient-centered
care.
- Collaborate effectively within the interdisciplinary team to promote evidence-based
palliative practices.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited
