Night Auditor/Front Desk Clerk

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds.

Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to assist guests effectively.
• Process reservations and cancellations using hotel management software.
• Address guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared for incoming guests.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records of guest interactions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Strong phone etiquette with excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with hospitality management principles is a plus.
• Proficiency in front desk operations within a hotel setting is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
