About the Role — Admin / Coordinator, Client Response Team
As an Admin / Coordinator on the Client Response Team, you are the first voice and main contact when people call us back after receiving an attempt notice on their door.
You help:
- People who are calling because we tried to deliver something
- Clients who need updates on jobs
- The field team who needs addresses, notes, or schedule changes
You're the hub between the public, our clients, and our field team.
You'll answer calls, update the system, send route changes to Supervisors/Field Agents, and make sure the right information gets to the right person at the right time.
You may also receive calls from law firms, property management companies (PMCs), and other professional contacts with questions, updates, or general inquiries related to notices and delivery activity.
This is NOT for people who hate phones, don't read details, or disappear.

What You'll Do
Client & Recipient Calls
- Answer inbound calls from people who received an attempt notice on their door
- Confirm basic information (name, address, reference, contact details)
- Schedule redelivery windows or pickup appointments based on our rules
- Stay calm, respectful, and professional — even when callers are confused, stressed, or upset
Admin & Coordination
- Log call details and outcomes into our system accurately
- Update addresses, phone numbers, and special instructions when appropriate
- Notify Supervisors and Field Agents of new appointments, reschedules, or cancellations
- Help assign, adjust, or confirm routes as directed by leadership
Support for Clients & Internal Teams
- Answer simple status questions from law firm/PMC contacts and internal teams (within what you're allowed to say)
- Relay important messages to leadership when needed
- Flag repeat problem addresses, complex issues, or unusual patterns
Data Entry & Documentation
- Document all call notes, appointment details, and updates clearly
- Tag and code jobs correctly so field agents know exactly what to do
- Help correct small data errors (missed unit numbers, typos, etc.)

Experience & Requirements
Experience Level: Entry-level to mid-level admin or call-center support.
Required:
- Some experience in customer service, call center, receptionist, dispatch, scheduling, or admin
- Comfortable being on the phone for most of the shift
- Able to type and navigate basic computer systems while on calls
- Good spelling, basic writing, and note-taking
- Reliable, on time, and reachable during assigned shifts
- 18+ with access to a quiet place to take calls and a stable internet connection (for remote work)
- Felony-friendly: we care about your growth, not your past — honesty and consistency are required
Preferred:
- Experience with call-center software, CRM, or dispatch tools
- Experience working with stressed, confused, or upset callers
- Bilingual is a plus, not required
Hours & Availability
- Mon–Fri: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Sat: 12:30 PM – 5:30 PM
- Sun: closed
Compliance; We operate to state, county, and municipal standards for legal notice delivery and documentation.
All hires must complete certification and maintain compliance.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $ $28.23 per hour
