The Operator of Chick-fil-A at DMC Harper University Hospital is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead our dedicated team and champion our commitment to operational excellence and remarkable service within the community.

The Role:

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the business, including:

• Strategic Leadership: Developing and executing restaurant business plans to achieve sales, profitability, and operational goals.
• Team Development: Recruiting, coaching, and mentoring a strong team of leaders and team members, fostering a culture of ownership and care.
• Operational Excellence: Ensuring adherence to the highest Chick-fil-A standards in food safety, quality, and guest experience.
• Financial Stewardship: intentional about labor efficiency, inventory, and cost controls to maximize stewardship of the business.
• Culture Champion: Upholding and modeling the values of Chick-fil-A, ensuring the restaurant is a great place to work and dine.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven Experience: 5+ years of progressive management experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• Leadership Excellence: A genuine passion for developing people and a track record of leading teams to achieve ambitious results.
• Business Acumen: Strong understanding of labor management.
• Strategic Thinker: The ability to see the big picture while maintaining attention to detail in daily operations.
