Our kitchen is led by an award-winning chef, and we are expanding our production team as our company continues to grow.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Full-Time Croissant Production Baker to join our early-morning production team. This role is dedicated to croissant and laminated dough production.

This position is open to both entry-level and experienced candidates. Training will be provided. We are primarily looking for someone reliable, motivated, and eager to learn in a professional bakery environment.

This is a hands-on production role focused on executing croissants and laminated dough products according to our standards and recipes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily croissant and laminated dough production
  • Scale and prepare doughs according to established recipes
  • Support lamination, shaping, proofing, and baking processes
  • Follow production schedules and daily volume needs
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
  • Communicate clearly with the chef and production team
  • Support quality control and consistency across batches

Requirements

  • Entry-level candidates welcome — training is provided
  • Interest in pastry, baking, or food production
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work early morning shifts (3:00 AM start time)
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40–50 lbs
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work on-site in Dallas
