Human Resource Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct comprehensive of HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards.

* Evaluate the effectiveness of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, training, and employee relations.

* Identify gaps, risks, or non-compliance areas in HR documentation and recommend corrective actions.

* Review employee files, contracts, benefits, and disciplinary actions for completeness and accuracy.

* Analyze data related to turnover, absenteeism, performance management, and other HR metrics.

* Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and practical recommendations.

* Support internal and external audit requirements.

* Collaborate with HR leadership to implement continuous improvements and best practices.

* Stay up to date with labor law updates and HR compliance requirements (local and international if applicable).

Technical Skills:

1.Knowledge of HR Policies and Procedures

Familiarity with internal HR operations including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding.

2.HR Compliance & Labor Law Knowledge

Strong understanding of local labor laws and international compliance standards (e.g., Saudi Labor Law, UAE Labor Law, etc.).

3.Internal Audit Methodologies

Ability to conduct internal audits related to HR processes, records, and practices.

4.HRIS & ERP Systems Experience

Proficient in systems such as, Oracle HCM,

5.Documentation & File Review

Verifying accuracy and completeness of employee records, contracts, and documentation.

6.Reporting & Data Analysis

Preparing audit reports, identifying risk areas, and recommending corrective actions.

7.Investigation & Risk Assessment

Handling confidential investigations related to misconduct, policy violations, or employee disputes.
