SUMMARY

Responsible for preparing and maintaining managerial financial reports. Ensures that accurate, timely, and reliable financial information is provided to management to support decision-making and strategic planning.

JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to the following:

• Prepare and deliver timely and accurate monthly management financial statements.
• Perform detailed analysis using reports and metrics to verify data integrity and ensure accuracy of financial information.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between financial and management reports.
• Analyze various financial reports and prepare summary analysis for management meetings.
• Support weekly and monthly P&L forecasting and analysis.
• Assist other departments by providing financial information and reports; research and respond to inquiries regarding items in question.
• Collaborate with the non-US parent company and respond promptly and accurately to email inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate and communicate internally and externally on various projects.
• Support the analysis of budget-to-actual variances.

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications for a Financial Analyst include strong analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects—especially under deadlines—and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of financial analyst experience
• Knowledge of general accounting principles and managerial accounting
• SAP FI/CO module experience highly preferred
• Ability to maintain high attention to detail and meet strict deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; bilingual in English and Korean required
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
