Position Overview:
We're hiring a skilled Licensed Electrician with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience to join our residential-focused team. This full-time role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential homes, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality and code compliance. You'll start your day at 8:00 AM in Stillwater, NJ, working 35-55 hours per week, Monday through Friday (with occasional weekends for urgent projects). Expect a mix of fieldwork, troubleshooting, and customer interaction in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
-Perform residential electrical installations, upgrades, and repairs, including wiring, lighting fixtures, outlets, panels, and smart home systems.

-Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using testing equipment to ensure safe and efficient resolutions.

-Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams for accurate project execution.

-Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and jobsite, adhering to all safety protocols and local codes (e.g., NEC).

-Communicate effectively with homeowners, providing clear explanations of work performed and recommendations for future needs.

-Document all work orders, materials used, and completion reports for accurate invoicing and compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements:
-Valid NJ Electrical License (Journeyman or Master) required.

-Minimum 10 years of total electrical experience, with at least 5 years specifically in residential settings.

-Proven expertise in residential electrical systems, including service upgrades, EV charging stations etc.

-Clean driving record

-Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

-Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights
