Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer you will bring visual concepts to life across a variety of digital and print platforms. Your role will be pivotal in shaping brand identities, crafting compelling visual stories, and delivering innovative design solutions that captivate audiences. You'll collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to produce stunning graphics that elevate our brand presence and engage our target markets.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute visually engaging designs for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and print advertising.
• Create logos, icons, illustrations, and digital art for brand recognition and appeal.
• Design user interfaces (UI) and web layouts using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision to optimize user experience.
• Manage photo shoots, photo manipulation, and color management to ensure high-quality imagery across all platforms.
• Collaborate with developers to implement designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and content management systems for web projects.
• Prepare production-ready files for sign manufacturing or print production while maintaining precise typesetting and layout design standards.
• Apply principles of color theory, typography, and visual design to create aesthetically pleasing compositions that communicate effectively.
• Maintain consistency across all digital art assets while adhering to branding standards and project deadlines.

Education / Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communications.
• Fully Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 3-5 years of proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects including branding, digital art, UI/UX design, and print advertising.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), along with familiarity with Canva, CorelDRAW and other design tools.
• Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and content management systems for seamless integration of designs into websites.
• Experience in photography editing, photo manipulation, and color management techniques.
• Strong understanding of typography principles, layout design, typesetting, and sign manufacturing processes.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to team members and clients alike.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
