Radiology Ltd., is seeking a Full time MRI Technologist at our St. Mary's site on Tucson's west side. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM with evening differentials offered.  The successful candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude and excellent imaging skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service - Ability to provide excellent patient care, acting with professionalism and empathy at all times.
  • Provide excellent patient care in a timely manner, communicate with radiologists and work efficiently with team members.
  • Responsible for performing precise, prompt and high quality MR examinations.
  • Selects appropriate imaging techniques and operates console and peripheral hardware, enters and monitors patient data.
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Performs a variety of tasks and works under general supervision.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a technologist preferred but not required.
  • Superior communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, always putting the patient first
  • Must be able to manage time in a productive manner within the guidelines of the department

Qualifications:

  • The applicant must be a graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology and have ARRT Advanced Registration and current Arizona State Licensure.
